In order to rejuvenate these herbs and reap their benefits, boiling water and space to expand are critical components of the steeping process. While we recommend using a French press for best results, tea balls and regular strainers work, too! Empty entire jar of herbal blend into a ziplock bag and shake until thoroughly combined, then pour contents back into original jar Depending on desired strength, start by spooning in 1-2 teaspoons of herbal blend Pour 8oz of boiling water over herbs Covering the tea, steep for at least 10-15 minutes Strain herbs from water Sip, savor, and enjoy!
